Greenville SC Real Estate Market Conditions, Homes Sold, and Homes for Sale for April 12th-18th 2009

Whether you are buying or selling Greenville SC or Upstate area real estate, it is very important to know the neighborhood, area or market conditions. This is a good way to make sure that you are getting the best deal, or that you don't pay too much for a piece of real estate. As a specialist in Greenville SC and Upstate area residential real estate, I prepare a special market analysis for my seller clients to make sure that we don't over-price their listings, or leave money on the table. I also prepare a similar report for my buyer clients before they make an offer on a piece of real estate. My buyer clients appreciate this because it gives them a birds eyed view of the subject property and the area, and this takes the guess work out of purchasing a home.
