Sparrows Point is conveniently located in the Five Forks area of Woodruff Rd. in Simpsonville South Carolina. There are over 360 homes in Sparrows Point, which most of them were built in mid-late 1990s, to 2000. Home sizes range from 1200 sq.ft. to about 2600 sq.ft.There are three convenient entrances into Sparrows Point. One on Woodruff Rd. just past Publix on Five Forks, and the other two on Scuffletown Rd. just past the new state of the art Sports Club five forks.
